But Why?

Unfortunately, I cannot think much beyond sports. I have played some sport or the other for as long as I can remember, and watch / read sports and sports based literature / TV for at least a quarter of the waking day.
I still own old Sportstars and Sportsworlds, and having stayed in Bengal and being able to read and write the language, own a few ‘Khela’-s as well. Own between 50 to a hundred sports books (click here for details, unfortunately Shelfari / Amazon do not have all books that I have) and an equal number of movies and documentaries on sport.
Am interested in fantasy soccer / cricket games online, so look here, dear reader, for interesting tidbits on the same as well.

And that’s where the question comes in. Which is my favourite sport? Here’s the answer. Football. Soccer, to my American readership.

Anything competitive works, so if you hate if a discussion on the Kobe-Shaq feud is marred by the description of a local cricket match (or golf), this might not be the right place for you. Again, it might.
In short, expect the unexpected!
Am planning to do, among others, two series here, the ‘Petered-out Talents’ and ‘The Rushmore’. (edit 04032010: and also ‘Talentwatch’)
Edit: A good friend, regular reader and infrequent commentator to the blog, on seeing this page, asked ‘But who?’
Who? I’m Baganboy.

Baganboy. The Original.
